Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, family conflict, or substance use concerns. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling with difficult emotions, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use challenges, family issues, relationship concerns, women's issues, stress management difficulties, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, panic disorders, and identity-related concerns. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll explore the challenges affecting your life, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you move toward greater emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution focused, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical tools that help clients create meaningful change in their daily lives. I draw from Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Modification, Family Systems Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy to support healing and growth. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to current challenges, develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and create realistic goals for change. Whether you're navigating trauma, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, family conflict, relationship issues, grief, PTSD, or life transitions, therapy will focus on helping you build resilience and create sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment where your experiences are valued and your goals remain at the center of our work together. I strive to create a space where you feel safe discussing challenges openly while receiving practical guidance and encouragement. As we work together, you may develop stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, increased confidence, and greater resilience when facing life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered to overcome obstacles, navigate difficult situations with clarity, and build a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values and personal goals.
