I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Tennessee. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. I have worked in all types of settings, such as intensive in-home, outpatient, and inpatient. I have expertise in women’s issues, life transitions, anxiety and depression. My knowledge and experience in these settings makes me qualified to assist you in these areas.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, you will learn coping skills and be provided with a safe environment free of judgement to help you grow. It is my passion to help individuals reach healing, gain insight, and move into that desired next phase of life regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, culture, or ethnicity.
