Great to meet you!

Healing is a profound journey of self-discovery and relational growth. I am committed to providing a nurturing, respectful environment where you can safely explore your true self, rebuild connection, and foster lasting change. Reach out today to take the first step.

My approach to therapy

Together, we will look beneath the surface. For individuals and couples alike, my approach combines practical, everyday tools with deep, transformative exploration.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about creating a safe, comfortable foundation. We will spend our first few minutes getting to know one another and establishing a sense of ease. If you are coming in as a couple, we will ensure both partners have an equal voice and feel heard from the very start.

Next, we will gently explore what brings you to therapy today—whether that is navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or specific relationship hurdles. We will talk about your history, your unique life story, and what hasn't been working for you lately.

Finally, we will look forward. We will begin mapping out your goals and discuss how we can use tools like CBT, IFS, or deeper archetype work to help you heal. You will leave our first session with a clear understanding of how we will work together and a sense of hope for the road ahead.
