Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I am also licensed to provide virtual sessions in South Carolina and Florida. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and career issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has a unique story and I'd love to hear yours. In our work together, I will strive to create a collaborative and respectful space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you tell your story. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and an attachment-based approaches are among the approaches that I use in therapy. I value open communication and will walk alongside you—listening with care, offering honest reflection, and gently challenging you as you move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to learn practical tools to manage thoughts and emotions more effectively, deepen your self-awareness, and build healthier patterns in relationships. Through CBT, you’ll learn how to identify and shift unhelpful thinking. DBT skills will support you in regulating intense emotions, increasing distress tolerance, and improving interpersonal effectiveness. An attachment-based lens helps explore relational wounds and strengthen your capacity for secure, meaningful connections—with yourself and others.
