Great to meet you!

Hey! I'm Gwen, a passionate (and quirky) licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. I graduated in 2019 and since then, I've dedicated myself to providing comprehensive therapy services across diverse populations and settings. My experience spans working with adolescents, and adults in community mental health, group private practice, outpatient settings, and within the military community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My focus is on supporting those with Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMAD), and I also enjoy career counseling, guiding people through life transitions, and addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD.

With a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), my expertise has grown to include dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and exposure and response prevention.

What you can expect from our first session

I prioritize person-centered, evidence-based care, adapting my approach to meet each client's unique goals and needs.

Please note: I do see adolescents 16+ and adults. Headway does not currently have a filter to reflect this- but I will see individuals as young as 16.
