Great to meet you!

When I meet someone for the first time, I create a safe place free of judgement and open for them to tell their story. As they speak, I hear their words and voice tone. I look at their face, eyes, hands, feet, whole body, energy and see what they are also telling me. Then I develop a sense of who they are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have over 40 years in the field working with people from different cultural backgrounds, ages, sexual orientation, religions, and races. My specialties are: alcoholism, various addictions, physical, sexual and verbal abuse, emotional and psychological issues, relationships, life transitions, grief, trauma, and chronic pain and overlapping conditions. Once I know the client, I apply the needed skills to help them in their healing process.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will feel listened to and feel understood. I use humor which helps to normalize their condition(s).They will learn many techniques to help them in their daily lives and feel empowered.
