Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, bicultural Latinx therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston College, where I received strong training in social justice and a deep understanding of Latinx communities. I specialize in working with neurodivergent (ADHD & Autism) and LGBTQIA+ individuals, particularly those navigating life transitions, acculturation, and the complex emotions that can arise from those experiences. My practice primarily focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or family challenges. I strive to create a compassionate, affirming space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself. I understand that life can feel overwhelming, and in those moments, it can be hard to hold onto hope or see a path forward. I believe you are the expert in your own life—my role is to support you in uncovering your inner strengths, identifying what may be holding you back, and developing the tools you need to move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

I take a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach grounded in inclusion, connection, and the healing power of authentic relationships. I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—and that you bring valuable wisdom and resilience to the work. As we build a strong therapeutic relationship, my goal is to support you in recognizing your strengths, fostering self-compassion, and building a greater sense of belonging both within yourself and in your relationships.
