Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, overwhelmed by anxiety or life transitions, or noticing the same struggles showing up in your relationships, you’re not alone. Many people carry ways of coping that once helped them get through difficult moments but now feel limiting or exhausting. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. With a background in education and counseling across all developmental stages, I bring a deeper understanding of how early experiences shape who we are today and how we can begin to shift those patterns.

I have over a decade of experience working across both educational and clinical settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns rooted in early experiences. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who want to break out of cycles that no longer serve them and feel more grounded, intentional, and connected in their lives. My work is especially helpful for those exploring how past experiences continue to influence present thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in understanding rather than judgment. I believe that the ways we’ve learned to cope often developed for a reason — and instead of trying to “fix” you, we work to understand those patterns and gently shift them. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your internal world. Together, we explore the connections between your past and present, build insight, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are becoming. This work is thoughtful, personalized, and focused on real, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to figuring things out on your own. You might not know where to begin, and that’s okay. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on what matters most. Over time, many clients begin to feel a greater sense of clarity, relief, and self-understanding. You may start to notice patterns more clearly, respond differently to challenges, and feel more grounded in your decisions and relationships.
