Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, relational therapist who believes meaningful change happens in the context of a safe and trusting connection. Clients often describe me as approachable and down-to-earth, while also being honest and direct. I care deeply about helping you feel understood, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My work is insight-oriented and rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-focused therapy, while also incorporating practical tools from CBT and DBT. I am also trained in EMDR. We will explore the “why” behind your patterns, how past experiences, relationships, and core beliefs shape the present, while also building concrete skills to regulate emotions, improve communication, and strengthen boundaries. I believe healing involves both understanding and action.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other. I will invite you to share your story, what’s bringing you in, and what you hope will feel different in your life. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and there’s no pressure to share everything at once. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences and begin identifying patterns or goals. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what next steps could look like.
