Great to meet you!
The therapeutic approach I commonly use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing thought patterns, and Psychodynamic Therapy, which explores past experiences and unconscious conflicts.

I work with you to identify limiting beliefs and offer “reframes” for habitual thinking patterns. Sometimes I will challenge your thoughts if I think they are harming you. That said, you are the expert on your life. I get to know you so I can offer support where you want it.
Clients can expect to take away new coping strategies, greater self-awareness, and improved communication skills from therapy.
