Welcome! My name is Hailey Aiton and I am a LMHC in Florida. I graduated with my degree from the University of Florida in 2019. I have experience with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, transitional periods, and self-esteem to name a few. My areas of interest include college students and couples.
I believe oftentimes people can encounter road blocks in life that prevent them from fully experiencing themselves and the life around them. These road blocks do not define you nor does it make you a bad person. My philosophy is that everyone is doing the best they can with what they’ve been given, sometimes they just need a little help.
I strive for you to gain insight into your life and to validate and affirm your experiences. By maintaining a person-centered, acceptance and commitment lens and promoting solution-focused, cognitive behavioral interventions I hope to allow you to grow and challenge your way of life to live more fully and authentically.
