Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Therapist who works with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and the impact of difficult family dynamics. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical tools to manage life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with clients to better understand the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting their relationships and daily lives while developing practical coping skills and healthier ways of responding to challenges.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your background, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while beginning to identify patterns, goals, and areas you would like to work on.
