Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work, and I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you create meaningful change in your life.

I believe that success looks different for everyone. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be—whether that’s improving your mental health, navigating life transitions, or building healthier patterns and relationships. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and develop tools that help you feel more confident and in control.

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow in ways that align with your goals

A big passion of mine is supporting moms through all stages of motherhood. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, adjusting to life as a new mom, balancing work and family, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to find yourself again outside of motherhood — you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Motherhood can be beautiful and exhausting all at once, and I love creating a space where moms can feel supported, understood, and able to show up for themselves too.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong focus on helping clients create meaningful and sustainable behavior change. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop practical tools that support growth in their day-to-day lives.

In addition to CBT, I integrate systems theory and attachment theory to better understand how relationships, environments, and past experiences shape current functioning. I also support clients in exploring and processing historical trauma or significant life experiences that may be impacting how they show up in the present.

My style is direct, empathetic, and open-minded. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe and supported, while also being challenged in ways that promote insight, accountability, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what your goals are, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process.

We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and any patterns or challenges you’ve been noticing. This helps me better understand your experiences and start identifying areas we can focus on moving forward.

I also want to make sure you have space to ask any questions about me, my approach, or what therapy might look like. My goal is to create an environment that feels comfortable, supportive, and collaborative so you can feel confident about the direction we’re heading together.
