In my clinical practice, I focus on creating a warm and supportive environment where I can help individuals, particularly teenagers and young adults, navigate through moments of confusion and disorientation in their thoughts, behaviors, and life challenges.

Specializing in therapeutic approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Trauma-Focused, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), my goal is to guide clients towards practical and effective strategies that bring clarity and peace into their lives.
