Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults navigating anxiety, substance use and recovery, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Florida and have worked across a variety of mental health and substance use treatment settings. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can better understand themselves, break patterns that are no longer serving them, and build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, while still being practical and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based approaches including DBT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed interventions based on each client’s individual needs. I believe insight is important, but I also want you to leave therapy with practical skills you can use outside of our sessions to navigate difficult emotions, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and not just the symptoms or challenges that brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to get out of our work together, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what we can work toward together.
