My approach to therapy
I am a very person centered therapist. I let you lead our session, but will challenge and revisit spaces when we need too. I use a variety of modalities, but enjoy using Solution Focused, TF-CBT, and Person-Centered.
What you can expect from me
The first session is about you deciding if I am a good fit for you. We will only be able to work together if you feel like you can talk to me. I may not be your fit and that's okay, but we will take the first session to get to know each other and see what is bringing you to therapy and your goals.
