Great to meet you!

I am a tri-lingual licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting diverse populations through life's challenges. As a queer-identified therapist, I am particularly passionate about providing affirming care to LGBTQIA+ clients and have extensive training in this area. Additionally, I work closely with immigrants and children of immigrant parents, addressing issues related to acculturation, immigration trauma, and intergenerational conflict.

My approach to therapy

I appreciate the complexity of human experience and strive to create a safe, affirming environment for clients to fully express their life stories. To achieve this, I adopt a culturally sensitive, intersectional, and trauma-informed approach in my practice. I integrate evidence-based modalities for personalized, holistic treatment for each client. I am certified in TF-CBT, IFS Level 2, and PMH-C, with training in DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Systemic Family Therapy, among others.

What you can expect from me

I commend you for taking the initiative to engage in therapy as a step towards initiating change! In our first session, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment to gain a thorough understanding of your current life stage and the unique challenges you are facing. Together, we will collaborate on developing a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your specific needs and goals.
