Hello — I'm Dr. Tabrah, a board‐certified psychiatrist providing compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care. My extensive experience across diverse clinical settings supports a wide spectrum of psychiatric needs. I prioritize understanding your unique journey and collaborate with you to improve well‐being and functioning.

I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, board‐certified in Psychiatry (Cert #51745). I hold active medical licenses in Florida (ME‐76909), Ohio (35‐07‐9156‐T), Kansas (04‐46121), and Missouri (2022014769).

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply personalized. I begin by listening to understand your unique experiences, then we collaboratively build an evidence‐based treatment plan—primarily careful medication management informed by current research—delivered with empathy. When helpful, I add brief supportive psychotherapeutic interventions to teach practical skills and boost coping. I strive to create a safe, affirming, nonjudgmental space so you can work toward tangible improvements in daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect measurable improvements in mental wellness through expert psychopharmacology and medication management from a board‐certified psychiatrist. I provide thorough psychiatric assessment and personalized medication plans to treat anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD/attention difficulties, PTSD, and women’s mental health concerns (infertility, perinatal, perimenopause). I prioritize medication efficacy and tolerability and explain all treatment options, including telepsychiatry, outpatient/inpatient care, TMS, ketamine, and ECT when appropriate. The goal is improved functioning at home and work—better relationships, focus, productivity, and overall quality of life.
