Great to meet you!

Haley has over 20 years of experience working as an Intuitive Licensed Therapist and Certified Integrative Coach. She’s worked with individuals suffering from complex trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, existential crises, and much more. Haley has spent her career working in the jail and prison systems, with BIPOC marginalized communities, veterans, in community health centers, and with the LGBTQIA+ community. The most important lesson she has learned is that we are all uniquely different!

My approach to therapy

Haley uses a holistic approach to healing and her work has been dedicated to finding innovative and effective ways to guide people into finding their inner healing power. One of Haley's strengths is her ability to hold space for transformation, insight, and healing to occur. Haley considers herself a life learner and understands that her continued growth will lead to an increased ability to help others find their authentic selves, release old patterns, and create fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

Haley is not satisfied with "okay" or "good." She wants her client to walk away from a session feeling motivated, empowered, and hopeful. It has been through Haley's years of work in the mental health system that she developed an awareness of the need to create safer spaces, where true healing can occur. Haley believes that " without safe spaces, self-compassion, and love, we remain stuck. It is only when we believe we're worthy, develop insight, and take action that we are truly free."
