Hi, I'm Haley! I'm an LCSW, Brooklyn born, New Jersey based, who has experience working in community-based mental health, a school setting, in-home counseling and seeing private clients. I am a certified DBT therapist, and have taken some courses for a doula certification.
You are the expert of you and the life you want to lead. I am here to guide you through the journey to leading that life that you envision. You may have big dreams or short term goals, all which are important to me in our collaborative, therapeutic process.
Therapy can be hard work, but it does not have to look like a man in a suit with a serious face, writing on a notepad (it can!). Therapy can be creative fun, you may cry, you may even laugh, but building our self-awareness and self worth can build upon positive change that you may have never deemed possible.
