Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Haley. I am a licensed counselor with 13 years of experience. I have a background in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, addictions, women's issues, and trauma. I utilize Evidence-Based Practices including ERP for OCD and EMDR for PTSD. I focus on showing up as a real person and connecting with you as you share your life. You are the expert of your story, I'm just here to help guide you through.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating solutions together that fit your life. If nothing changes, nothing changes. I will help you identify the person you want to be and the life you want to have. Together, we will create a plan to make real change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to hear about you and your story from your own unique viewpoint. We will talk through as much or as little as you are willing to open up about. Some people want to dig in deep initially, while others may need time to open up. There is no right or wrong, so we will go at your own pace. But I will be there to give you a little push when you need it!
