Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Dr. Haley. My life’s work is helping clients slow down and truly be with themselves long enough to understand who they are, what they need, and how they want to move forward. It's an honor to walk alongside professionals and parents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, including attachment-related patterns. I also specialize in perinatal mental health: pregnancy-related and postpartum anxiety and depression, infertility, miscarriage, and pregnancy after loss. I'm especially well-matched for high-achieving adults who sense there's something deeper going on and feel ready to dig in.

My approach to therapy

My work is integrative and draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, but I most often work from a depth-oriented, attachment-based place, favoring existential-humanistic and psychodynamic therapies. When symptom relief is the priority, I incorporate cognitive-behavioral approaches like CBT and ACT. Because the work goes deep, I tend to fit best with clients who want more than symptom management — people who want to understand themselves more fully, break old patterns, and become more active participants in their own lives.

My approach is also highly relational. I'm committed to a therapy relationship characterized by warmth, safety, curiosity, and transparency, and I participate in it actively. That means I'll share what I'm thinking, feeling, and noticing as it happens between us. Clients tell me this makes the relationship feel real rather than clinical, and it's often where the most useful work happens.

What you can expect from me

During our first hour, I'll invite you to talk about what's bringing you in, and I'll also listen for how you describe your experiences and what feels hard to say. Our work starts from the very first moment, and my primary job is to help you feel safe enough in our relationship to explore difficult thoughts and feelings.
