Great to meet you!

Life is full of demands—work, relationships, parenting, and everything in between. Amid the pressure to keep up, it’s easy to lose connection with yourself and what truly matters to you. You may find yourself consumed by the past or caught up in worries about the future, which makes it hard to be present, manage responsibilities, or enjoy life in the moment.

I help people reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and move toward their full potential—in their relationships, careers, and inner lives. I believe that therapy is not just about coping, but about growing—developing insight, clarifying values, and building skills that support real, lasting change.

Our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences—especially early relationships, upbringing, and trauma—shape how we move through the world today. I work with clients to increase self-awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and create space for something new.

My approach to therapy

I use a compassionate, collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based practices. While I draw from modalities such as:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

I also take an eclectic, flexible approach to therapy, meaning I tailor our work to what best fits your needs, preferences, and goals—not the other way around. Together, we’ll find the strategies and tools that resonate most with you and support meaningful, sustainable change.

Therapy with me is supportive and down-to-earth, and I’m not afraid to bring humor into the room when it helps us connect or see things in a new light. This is a space where you can be real—no judgment, no pressure to be perfect.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is helping you feel comfortable, understood, and in control of your own process. We’ll start by talking about what brought you in and what you’re hoping to change or explore, at whatever pace feels right for you. I’ll ask some questions to get a fuller picture of your experiences, strengths, and challenges, and we’ll discuss what you want therapy to look like—your goals, preferences, and any concerns you may have. You can expect a collaborative, down-to-earth conversation where I offer support, curiosity, and guidance without pressure or judgment. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what your next steps could be. This time is truly yours, and my role is to create a safe, open space where you can begin your journey with confidence and clarity.
