Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Haley, a licensed mental health counselor specializing in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, cultural identity, and self-esteem. I also have extensive experience working with veterans, people with disabilities and chronic illness, and with career counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps clients develop psychological flexibility and live in alignment with their values. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey.

What you can expect from me
