Great to meet you!

My name is Haley, and I'm so glad you're here.

I believe that many of the ways we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others are shaped by our experiences, including those that may have been difficult, overwhelming, or left us feeling disconnected from ourselves. I'm particularly passionate about working with individuals healing from trauma and understanding the ways these experiences continue to impact their lives, relationships, and sense of self.

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and an understanding that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. I recognize that the things we struggle with often developed for a reason, and I value creating space to explore these experiences without judgment. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change doesn't come from simply addressing what's on the surface, but from developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, our patterns, and what we need to feel safe and connected.

I also believe that therapy doesn't have to be a space where you feel pressured to have the right words, revisit difficult experiences before you're ready, or know exactly what you're working toward. I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your individual experiences as we work toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful healing.

My approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. I offer thoughtful, trauma-informed care that considers the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped them.

My approach integrates somatic, relational, and parts-based practices to help you better understand your emotional and physical responses, explore patterns that may have developed through past experiences, and build a deeper connection with yourself. I view therapy as a collaborative process, shaped by your needs, experiences, and goals, where we can approach difficult things with curiosity and compassion.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, share a little about what you're looking for, and explore what's bringing you to therapy. We'll talk about your experiences, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. There is no expectation to share everything all at once or revisit difficult experiences before you're ready. I'll approach our conversation with curiosity and compassion, making space for your questions and helping you feel comfortable being yourself.

Our first session is also a chance for you to learn more about my approach and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. From there, we'll begin to identify what feels most helpful moving forward and build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration.
