A bit about my approach to therapy

Haley employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for changing negative thought patterns. She also utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to develop coping strategies & regulate emotions. Mindfulness is another integral part of her practice, helping clients cultivate self-awareness and reduce stress. Haley also integrates gender-affirming and feminist therapeutic approaches, ensuring that clients from diverse backgrounds receive the support they need.
