Great to meet you!

I am a warm, compassionate, and person-centered therapist who believes that every person is innately worthy and deserving of growth, healing, and acceptance. I strive to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and validated while also encouraging accountability and personal ownership. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I will meet you halfway as we work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for change. I am also trained in EMDR trauma therapy and can incorporate a trauma-informed approach to support healing from difficult experiences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know one another. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant background experiences, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying your goals and discussing how we can work collaboratively to support you on your journey.
