Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Haley! I work with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, and relationship concerns. You may be processing difficult childhood or family experiences, feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or struggling to feel connected to yourself and the people you love. I also support individuals through grief, loss, and major life transitions, as well as teens and young adults working through trauma, identity, and relationships. Together, we can make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin building the understanding, coping skills, and connection you need to move forward. I believe people are more than what has happened to them, their symptoms, or their diagnoses, and I strive to understand each client as a whole person—including their experiences, relationships, emotions, strengths, and the ways they have learned to navigate the world.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, integrative, and evidence-based, drawing from approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I’m interested in helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships, and experiences, including how past experiences may influence current patterns and ways of responding. Because I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I work collaboratively with each client to create an approach that honors their unique needs, strengths, goals, and pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from the experience, and any current challenges or patterns you’d like support with. You won’t be expected to have everything figured out—instead, we’ll work together to develop a starting point and identify an approach that feels supportive and meaningful for you.
