Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Haley, and I am a therapist who is passionate about creating a safer, affirming, supportive space for healing. I specialize in trauma-focused CBT, art therapy, and a human-centered, systems-based approach, always through an anti-racism and anti-oppression lens. I have experience working with kids, teens, and adults navigating complex trauma, abuse, LGBTQ+ identities, sexuality, sex work, and substance use recovery. Whether through talk therapy or creative approaches like art, I tailor sessions to what feels right for you. Healing is a journey, and I am here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone deserves access to therapy with a therapist who truly meets them where they are. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and my approach is centered on creating a space where you feel seen, heard, affirmed and supported exactly as you are. Whether through talk therapy, art, or other creative modalities, I tailor each session to your unique needs, always through an anti-oppression lens. Therapy should be accessible, affirming, and adaptable, and I am here to walk alongside you in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other in a way that feels comfortable for you. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of it, and any questions or concerns you have. Most importantly, this is a space where you can show up as you are- no pressure, no judgment, just support.
