Great to meet you!

I am deeply passionate about supporting teens, adults, and families on their journey to mental well-being and living a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I have experience working with individuals navigating challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, Gender Dysphoria, and Disordered Eating, among others. I utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Family-Based Therapy (FBT), tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of my clients.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership. My approach centers on recognizing and building upon each client’s innate strengths and resources while creating a personalized treatment plan that meets them where they are. As a social worker, I take a “systems approach,” considering how personal, community, and societal environments influence mental health. This perspective allows me to integrate elements of social justice, allyship, and reverence into the way I understand and support my clients’ experiences.

What you can expect from me

My goal is that after a session with me, you feel heard, supported, challenged when appropriate, and empowered.
