Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Haley! I am a licensed clinical social worker, with a Master of Social Work from Texas State University. I became a therapist because of a deep desire to help others. Life is challenging, and I find it important to normalize that. I'm a naturally empathetic and warm person, and I find fulfillment in helping others overcome obstacles as they learn to recognize their own potential. I work with individuals who may be struggling with work or relationship stress, who are navigating life with chronic health conditions, and those who are dealing with depression or anxiety. I'll work with you to create a powerful, personalized path for growth, clarity, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't just about talking; it's about getting real results through proven approaches. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, I'll meet you where you are to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns and learn to replace them with more effective ones. I believe that therapy is a collaboration. Together, we'll explore your motivations, values, and personal reasons for change. We'll use SMART goals to identify clear and actionable steps. Your progress will be reviewed regularly to reflect on what's working and adjust your goals as needed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for introductions and getting to know one another. I'll provide some education on what therapy is and isn't, and then invite you to share what brings you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. This is where we will begin to build the foundation of your treatment plan and care to meet your desired goals.
