Great to meet you!

I have worked in a variety of settings for nearly a decade. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies, then went for my Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have worked in the legal system, clinics, hospitals, and non-profit organizations. I specialize in working with addiction disorders, family matters, a variety of mental health disorders, and children and adolescent populations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Looking for support, evidence based treatment, and/or self-explored resolutions for challenges that you’re experiencing? It is an honor of mine to be a guide on this journey with you. My therapeutic approach is based in empowerment and evidence based approaches that are personally curated to each person I have the pleasure of working with.

What you can expect from our first session

I curate therapeutic goals with people based entirely on what they are wanting to address. Each experience with me will be personalized, evidence based, supportive, and structured to provide you with resolution or support each time.
