Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Haley (she/her), Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Therapist with a Master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver. I commend you for seeking therapy and looking out for your needs- I know this isn't always an easy feat and requires a lot of bravery.

I bring four years of experience providing therapy for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as intersecting mental health diagnoses and support areas.

As a Queer and Neurodivergent therapist, I provide intentionally affirming care that honors who you are and how you move through the world. I bring both clinical knowledge and a lived understanding of how vulnerable, meaningful, and healing the therapy process can be.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a brave and continuous journey, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up fully as your authentic self. I specialize in supporting folks navigating trauma and PTSD, Autism/Neurodivergence, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Relationships- monogamous/poly/ENM, and self-identity, self-esteem, and body image. While these are my main areas of focus, I also bring experience with other mental health support areas and am dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are to the extent of my abilities.

I use a trauma-informed, intersectional, holistic approach that honors you and your story in its entirety. The types of treatment I utilize greatly depend on the person/persons served, their support areas, what feels most aligned with their values, and how structured clients would like their sessions to be. I fully believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I use modalities that center around processing, healing, and developing coping strategies fit for 'real life'. Together, we’ll build a foundation of trust & safety, crafting a space that's empowering, goal-focused, & authentic.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and talking about what’s been coming up for you lately. There’s no pressure to dive into everything right away; we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask some thoughtful, gentle questions to start understanding what support might feel most helpful. We’ll also talk about what working together could look like and what you might be wanting from this space. My goal is that you leave the session feeling a little lighter, truly heard, and reassured that you don’t have to figure things out alone.
