Great to meet you!

Therapy is self-care. I want my client's therapeutic experience to be the best one possible as I know they are using the small amount of time they have to work on themselves. I am the therapist I would want for myself. I am collaborative, knowledgeable, I help simplify the complicated, put words to experiences, feelings, and thoughts, and guide clients in what to do with their findings. I am the therapist you do "the work" with.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with many different populations and challenges in an effort to get well-rounded exposure to be the best therapist I can be. My approach is individualistic. Therapy is not a one size fits all thing. With my broad base of knowledge, I have the ability to cater my approach to what I believe is best for each person I work with.

What you can expect from me

I believe the only way to accomplish therapeutic goals is in a judgement free, honest, respectful, compassionate, and accepting environment. I want clients to leave our sessions feeling relief, calmness, and a sense of accomplishment. I love what I do, I love supporting clients through their experiences and in navigating their world, my clients see that.
