Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, I have extensive experience assisting adolescents and their families in addressing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger management, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Rosemont College. My training equips me with the expertise to assist clients in developing cognitive behavioral (CBT) techniques to address challenges such as anxiety and depression. Furthermore, I incorporate mindfulness training into my approach to enhance clients’ ability to remain present in the moment.

What you can expect from me

I strongly encourage you to embark on your journey toward mental health wellness, as this will empower you to live a life characterized by confidence and tranquility. My objective is to establish an inviting and nurturing therapeutic environment that fosters a robust therapeutic alliance with you. By doing so, I aim to enhance your strengths and guide you toward a more fulfilling life.
