Great to meet you!
I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding both where you’ve been and what you’re facing now. My approach to therapy is grounded in both professional training and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have worked in a variety of settings, including on an ACT team, outpatient facility, and community mental health. Throughout my professional experience, I’ve supported individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and relationship concerns.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore both difficulties and strengths.
As Carl Jung said, “Where your fear is, there is your task.” I see therapy as a collaborative process of gently approaching those places that feel uncertain or overwhelming, and discovering the growth that can emerge from them.
