Great to meet you!

I am currently on maternity leave until November, I will be available online until December where I will additionally be available for in person sessions.

Hi there, I am so happy you are here! In working with me, I help to create a supportive and comforting space to process symptoms, experiences, and relationships, to help unpack meaningful messages. I work to foster and strong rapport, and create space for whatever may bring you in, each and every session.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in an empathetic and supportive manner, helping to bring all parts into focus for you. I am often non-directive, and allow you to be the guide, when needing I often follow up on past sessions, as well as connect back from previous successes or challenges.

What you can expect from me

Client's often report feeling relieved after sessions, having the support of being genuinely heard and cared for during our times together. Client's with intentional efforts towards changes to behavior, choices, and situations often find positive growth and change in their day to day lives following therapy with me.
