Haley Wills

Hello! My name is Haley Wills and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Missouri and Vermont. I received my Bachelors of Social Work degree in 2016 from Southeast Missouri State University and my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri in 2021 with a clinical concentration.

I have 9 years of experience in the social work field and 3 years of direct clinical experience.

I have specialized experience in treating anxiety, depression, and working with neurodivergent individuals. I have experience in working with adults and with children ages 5-18. I also work along-side parents of children and adolescents.

My clinical approach is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and self-healing. I value walking along-side clients to uncover and activate those abilities. Whether you are navigating neurodivergence, OCD and anxiety are controlling youre life, or you are walking through the grief and pain of infertility, I am here to help you pursue a life where you are flourishing, rather than just making it through each day.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Sand Tray Therapy.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we work collaboratively toward meaningful change. You can expect to leave our sessions with greater clarity, effective coping strategies, and a stronger sense of direction and self-awareness.
