Great to meet you!

I understand how difficult it must be to decide to reach out for help especially when society has created such a negative stigma when it comes to therapy. However, I am here to assure you that doing so not only shows insurmountable courage and strength, but it also demonstrates a quality of character that not many people possess; which is the willingness to change. I am here to be your co-captain in this journey and though it won't be easy, I will be with you to help you navigate all obstacles to move toward healing and a more fulfilling life overall.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with adjusting to different life transitions, stress, communication skills, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-care, recovery from addiction, and other mood-related disorders.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a compassionate, loving, and supportive therapeutic environment with my clients. I set a foundation for open, honest, and non-judgmental communication. The tone of the sessions also develops over time based on your unique needs and personality, which may promote subtle changes in our communication style to ensure mutual understanding.
