I specialize in perinatal mental health - including the pregnancy and postpartum period, as well as fertility struggles, perinatal grief and loss, and identity and relationship changes and challenges. I also specialize in addiction and recovery.
I utilize the therapeutic modalities of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioral Activation, and self-compassion. Themes throughout these techniques include managing stress and emotions, nurturing relationships and setting boundaries, treating yourself kindly and with respect, countering thinking which disrupts our wellbeing, and building the life you want by taking action in line with your values and goals.
I focus on giving you support and teaching skills, while also challenging you to take action towards your goals and interrupt patterns that are no longer serving your well-being.
