Great to meet you!

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Florida State University and have experience working in community health settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Through this work, I’ve developed a strong foundation in maternal mental health and supporting clients through challenges that arise across different life stages. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and concerns related to identity and relationships. Together, we’ll create an inclusive, affirming space where you feel safe, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while remaining flexible to fit your unique needs and experiences. We’ll work together to explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools that feel manageable and empowering. My style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping you feel heard and supported as we move toward growth and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know one another. This initial meeting is an opportunity for me to learn more about you — what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant background that can help guide our work together. We’ll also spend time discussing your goals, answering any questions you may have about the therapy process, and exploring what you hope to gain from our sessions. Just as importantly, this is a chance for you to get a feel for me and my approach to ensure it feels like a good fit. We’ll move at your pace, with no pressure to cover everything at once, as we begin building a comfortable, collaborative foundation for our work together.
