Great to meet you!

I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016. I'm currently licensed in Georgia and Florida. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University. While I support clients in various areas, I am especially passionate about helping women manage family/ relationship issues, stress, anxiety and motherhood to build fulfilling lives and meaningful relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in curiosity, openness, and practical, real-life application. I believe in empowerment—helping individuals navigate their paths with confidence and clarity through our collaborative efforts.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide an inviting space to allow clients to process thoughts and feelings, gain clarity on their own needs and goals, as well as learn skills to pursue their next steps. Ultimately, I want our work together to foster healing, increase insight and improve confidence for clients to pursue happier, healthier lives, as they define it for themselves.
