Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from Illinois State University, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting others in improving their mental and emotional well-being. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, from providing trauma therapy and family counseling to adolescents and their families in residential treatment centers to leading clinical services in inpatient care. Now, I have the privilege of running my own private practice, where I focus on offering a holistic, personalized approach to healing. I specialize in mood disorders and trauma and love helping clients uncover the root causes of their struggles so they can find lasting peace and stability.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it’s a true partnership between us. My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet each person where they are, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique. I know the healing process can have its challenges, but together, with openness and trust, we’ll work through those barriers to help you move forward. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, so I take the time to understand your needs and focus on the most helpful interventions to bring about the positive changes you’re looking for. I’m committed to creating a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels heard, respected, and supported.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I strive to create a space that feels safe and supportive—one where you can be open and vulnerable. My goal for clients is to promote confidence, independence, and emotional resilience by understanding and addressing the deeper issues that may be holding you back. Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling empowered, with a deeper understanding of themselves and a clearer path toward healing.
