Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating grief, anxiety, depression, major life changes, or the weight of caring for others. You may be used to putting everyone else's needs before your own, or simply feel unsure of where to begin. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy. My approach is warm, genuine, and judgment-free. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale, be yourself, and feel truly heard. Whether you're processing a loss, working through difficult emotions, or trying to find your way forward, I'm here to walk alongside you and help you create meaningful change at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, and I strive to meet each client exactly where they are. I focus on building a trusting, judgment-free relationship where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges. I believe therapy should be a balance of compassion, honest conversations, and meaningful growth, with a little humor along the way when it's needed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. Since all sessions are held virtually, you can join from a private, comfortable space of your choosing. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our time together. I'll ask some questions to better understand your background, but there's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll also discuss your goals and what our work together might look like. My priority is creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. You don't have to have it all figured out before we meet!
