Hey, I'm Hallie and I'm a licensed mental health counselor. I received my Master of Education in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University. I initially trained in substance abuse counseling programs and learned extensively about treating trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and identity issues.
I help folks who are feeling lost to find confidence, self compassion, and joy by exploring the impact of grief, loss, and trauma on a person’s ability to find purpose.
We’ll take a deeper look at how the context of your culture, identity, and values play a role in defining how you view yourself and we’ll explore new ways to find the most authentic version of you.
