I use a tailored treatment method, by employing a variety of practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These techniques are used to help clients improve their self-esteem, regulate their mood, cope with multiple stresses, and manage the strong emotions associated with depression, anxiety, anger, relationships, and life transitions.
