Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and psychiatric and medical social work, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to the therapy process. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and always rooted in respect for you and your own unique experiences. I work with adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, self-esteem issues, substance use concerns, and women's issues. I also enjoy working with other healthcare professionals and caregivers; people who spend so much of their time caring for others, that they forget how to care for themselves. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is warm, approachable, and easy to talk to- all while helping to move beyond insight into meaningful action,

My approach to therapy

I combine evidence-based interventions along with practical problem solving to tailor treatment to each individual- therapy should fit YOU, not the other way around! My goal is to provide a space where you can take a breath, feel heard and understood, and start creating meaningful change. Together, we will identify what is making you feel stuck, build tools for coping, and work towards a more balanced, connected, and authentic life. I've worked closely with individuals facing some of life's most challenging moments, which has reinforced my belief that resilience exists within everyone even when they can't see it themselves!

What you can expect from me

Therapy isn't about getting "fixed." It's about understanding yourself more deeply, developing healthier patterns, and building the confidence to move forward. My priority is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being your true self, without judgement. We will work together on understanding your goals, identifying obstacles, and developing a forward strategy. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out!
