Great to meet you!

I work with adults of all ages dealing with trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and existential concerns. I focus on how your immediate experiences, social and political contexts, and ancestral legacies influence your mental health. My work in intergenerational trauma helps clients heal deep-seated wounds and reclaim their narratives. I also specialize in treating mood disorders, using a lifespan development approach to support clients through different life stages.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is heavily relational and culturally attuned. What sets my practice apart is the integration of spirituality and liberation practices, honoring the mind, body, and spirit. For those open to it, I incorporate spiritual practices that align with your beliefs and draw on liberation psychology to empower you in challenging oppressive systems and internalized beliefs.
