Great to meet you!

I am a LPC with over 10 years of experience and work with adults. I greatly appreciate diversity and love to work with clients of all backgrounds and orientations. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

I believe the core of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist and therefore I have an active and engaged therapy style. I believe that if you do not have a great relationship with your therapist, you cannot do great work.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect that we will get to know each other and to answer questions about their life and experiences. I believe the client is the expert of his/her/their experiences. From there I will share about myself and background. Because I view therapy as a relationship, it is important to me that my clients also know who they are working with. From there we will collaborate to identify goals and the course of treatment.
