Great to meet you!

If you’re a professional carrying more than you let on, you are the type of person I would love to support. I have extensive experience helping physicians and medical professionals navigate burnout, moral injury, the weight of malpractice and regulatory stress, depression, substance misuse, and the impact of trauma. While much of my work has centered on medical professionals, I welcome professionals of all kinds, so please feel free to reach out for an initial session.

My approach to therapy

I am a responsive therapist who meets her clients in the moment. I am willing to slow down and be present with my clients as they share their most difficult experiences. I take the time to learn my clients’ backgrounds and what is important to them. I help my clients see things in a new light, offering direct feedback when the moment calls for it.

I will always seek to steer our sessions in a way that either helps you heal, empowers you, or uplifts you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to be heard by a professional who cares. If what you have read sounds like the kind of support you need, please reach out for a brief consultation or schedule an initial session.
